Results analysis:
1.Immune function of tumor patients decreases gradually with the process of disease;therefore the recovery of anti-tumor ability is the inevitable way for tumor treatment.Items and are the routine evaluation indexes of "DC-CIK therapy";items and testing indexes for anti-tumor function,and the four items are used together for curative effect testing of "T cell therapy";

2.For common items,if individual index drops slightly or all indexes in the normal range,therapeutic effect is usually good;if most indexes drops slightly,multiple treatments are necessary for recovery of immune function;if most indexes drops obviously,therapeutic effect is usually bad with poor prognosis;for featured items,normal ranges are difficult to set.Before treatment,higher indexes are often associated with more powerful anti-tumor function of T cells;after treatment,rising indexes often indicate improved curative effect and better prognosis;chemotherapy and radiotherapy can affect immunotherapy significantly,and are unfavorable to treat together;

3.Ideal immune status of patient is that multiple indexes are higher beyond normal range.However,overwhlming majority of patients cannot meet this requirement when admission,so the two kinds of immune therapies adopted in our hospital are suitable for different immune status of patient.According to literature reports we have developed "T cell therapy",which can inducer large numbers of memory T cells."Tcell therapy" has srtonger ability than "DC-CIK therapy" to elevate immune indexes,and its effects can longer.
